Fiddlers Elbow

Fiddlers Elbow

Fiddler's Elbow pub is located on Boyces Street. It plays an eclectic mix of music and holds a quiz night every Tuesday at 8PM for cash prizes!

Access information:

  • There is level access
  • There is no accessible toilet

  • Address: 11-12 Boyces Street
    Brighton
    BN1 1AN

  • Phone: 08721 077 077

  • Getting There / Parking: The pub is located half a mile from the train station. Boyces Street is a one-way road leading onto West Street- it is accessible from Kings Road along the sea-front. Churchill Square is 5 minutes away up a slight hill, where there are bus stops and a taxi rank.

  • Getting In: There is one small step into the pub. Most of the seating is on one level but a large table and benches are located on a raised platform at the back.

  • Getting Around / Facilities: The bar is situated in the middle of the pub with stools, benches and tables either side and towards the rear. As the place is quite narrow, it is difficult to manoeuvre. The bar is also quite high- it is difficult to see what drinks they have in the fridges.

There are no accessible toilets. There are no steps into the regular toilets but the cubicles are quite narrow.

  • Additional Comments: There are windows in the ceiling at the back of the pub. Although well-lit during the day, the lights are dimmed in the evening, making it hard to see in the corners. An eclectic mix of music is played at the pub. They also run a pub quiz every Tuesday at 8pm. It is a pound to play and 1st, 2nd and 3rd place win cash prizes.
