Getting There / Parking:
Located directly off new Church Road, Church house can be a little hard to spot as the stone sign is quite worn. There is a bus stop immediately outside served by the No. 1, 1a, 6 and 71 buses.
Church House has its own car park including three designated disabled spaces. However they are at an angle sloping away to the side, which can make it bit tricky. There is a convenient drop-off point immediately outside which is on the level.

Getting In:
There is a step up to the entrance, with an alternative permanent ramp to the side. This step is marked with white paint but this is quite worn so this step can be quite hard to see especially coming out of the venue. Take care!
There are double doors which open outwards, which can create a bit of an obstruction on the ramp, requiring wheelchair users to drive past the door in order to be able to open it. The door can also open inwards if required.

Getting Around / Facilities:
The venue is fairly spacious with nice wide doors. A set of double doors to the left lead to the two main rooms for hire, as well as a kitchen. The kitchen is fairly small but can be just about accessed in a wheelchair.
There is an accessible toilet on the ground floor immediately in front of you as you come in. It is quite spacious with room for a left-hand transfer.
The rooms themselves are quite spacious, with easy to move furniture which can be positioned in a number of ways.
There are windows providing good natural light, and neutral colours and carpets providing a good contrast. A fixed hearing loop is available in one of the rooms, and a portable hearing loop is available for use in the other rooms.
There is also a room available for hire upstairs, however it is quite small and only accessible via lift. The lift is fairly narrow.

Rooms available include two reasonably sized rooms - to accommodate about 30 people, one of which can be split into two.
Conference charges:
£50 for room A/B or C/D for 4 hours (morning or afternoon), £60 for three hours in the evening. £80/£100 for the same times at weekends.
