A message from the Countability team

A big thank you to everyone who expressed interest and were involved in the Countability research project.

We are confident that, thanks to the involvement of people like yourself, we now have a wealth of evidence regarding the challenges people face and services people need, which will help us to work with service providers to improve services throughout the city.

We are currently analysing information from all of the 50 interviews and several focus groups we conducted, and are hoping to produce a final report by the beginning of 2012. This will report on experiences research participants such as yourself have had of public services in the city, and the barriers or challenges they have faced. It will also present recommendations for improvements or changes to services based on the information we have gathered. The Fed will also use this report to inform its activities supporting disabled people and campaigning for equality, working to ensure that the suggested improvements are acted on.

If you have any questions about the project please do not hesitate to contact us on 01273 296747.
