The Federation of Disabled People is piloting a new FREE scheme to provide lists of Personal Assistants (PAs) looking for work and Employers looking for Personal Assistants.

If you are a PA looking for work and would like to go on the website list, please complete our PA Application Form.  We will then add your main details to the list.  Please note we will not include any personal details, your name or contact numbers or address.  We will refer to you by a reference.  If an employer sees you on the list and would like more details, we will send them your completed application form for them to contact you direct.  By appearing on this list, you are agreeing that we may pass your details on to a potential employer.

If you are looking for a PA and would like to be included on the list, please let us have a copy of your vacancy which we will then place on the list.  We will not include personal details but will list you by a reference.  If a PA is interested in your vacancy, we will ask them to complete an application form which we will send on to you.

Please note, this list is purely for information purposes to help PAs find work and to help Employers find PAs more easily.  We are not recommending anyone nor have we vetted the applications.  We would suggest that you carry out the appropriate CRB checks in the normal way.

If you wish to register as a self-employed PA, or would like training to become an employer, then please look at this index of employment workshops.

If you would like more information or would to be added to the lists please let you adviser know or e-mail This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or contact the Direct Payment Support Service on 01273 229264.
